Atolla (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of your personal data and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

This Personal Data Protection Notice explains how the personal data provided through the ARMA SWEM website contact form is handled.

1. Purpose of Data Collection

The personal information you provide through our contact form is collected solely for the purpose of communicating with you and responding to your inquiry or request.

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), you have the right to:

  • Request information regarding the processing of your personal data;
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is being used in accordance with that purpose;
  • Know the third parties, if any, to whom your personal data has been transferred;
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;
  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data where the applicable legal conditions are met;
  • Object to the processing of your personal data where permitted by law; and
  • Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.

Since the personal data collected through our contact form is deleted after the communication process has been completed, requests concerning data that has already been securely deleted may not be technically possible to fulfill.
